Turned out to be a not so busy week, however I slacked in the exercise arena.... and it showed.
Last week I weighted 174.6
This week I weigh: 174.4
Loss/Gain: -2oz
However, I'm not bummed. I was able to take a slight break and managed to keep my weight. I'm still feeling good about this. Luckily, I started Zumba again this week and I LOVED it! This instructor is fabulous! I also start yoga tomorrow, so I hope to regain my flexibility.
Goal for next week: 172.4 (But am secretly hoping for more so that I can be in the 160's by October!)
