A lot of my weightloss is due to the fact that I walk. I walk a lot! If I'm eating out we walk there. It's easy on my body and helps boost my metabolism. It's also relaxing. I run here and there, but I'm not much of a runner yet. Specially since I'm trying to get pregnant I fear that running I could easily have a miscarriage if I were to get prego. See women with PCOS are prone to them and it sucks to be in constant fear of that. But, in the meantime I walk and walk and walk. . .and guess what? IT WORKS! Here's to hitting the 200 mark by mid Sept :).....
